The on-site fitness center is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Pool hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, package pick-up service, dry cleaning service, Community Center rental, and office services (fax, copies, Notary services, stamps, etc.)
You may call IPA Management who will take care of everything from changing light bulbs and hanging pictures to changing furnace filters and plumbing issues. A fee of $35 per hour is charged for these services. You may also call your own handy person.
